Complementary Adjustment Policy

We take great joy in seeing our clients leave our salon with a smile.

If you're not completely satisfied with your hairstyle, please let us know within 7 days of your visit. Simply call or email, and we will happily make the necessary adjustments at no additional cost. We strive to create a comfortable and open environment for you to return to for any touch-ups. While we don't offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you leave with hair you love every single time.

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

Before your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation SMS. Please respond with Y to confirm or N to cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance.

​By confirming with Y, you agree to our cancellation policy: if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, fail to show up, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or forget your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment cost may be charged.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will use discretion in these cases.

If rebooking a missed appointment, a $50 deposit may be required.

Please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you are not planning to have the service you have booked.

For example, if you have booked a cut and colour but only want to colour, or where you want an additional service that has not been booked.

Service changes on the day may incur a 50% charge of the original booked service.

We may not be able to accomodate additional services due to time contraints.

Changing Services

Nice to meet you! To ensure we get the best outcome for you, we will do a full consultaton for each new client. This allows us to get to know you and your hair and to ensure that we can deliver what you want.

We may do a test strand and will provide a quote before we start. Bring inspo pictures!

New Clients

Returns

  • We have a 14 day refund and exchange policy for all unopened products.

  • All products must be in the same condition as purchased.

  • We cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days.

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Faulty Goods

  • Any product that is faulty will receive a refund to the orignal payment method.
